• HR advice, coaching and support (up to 1 hour per month by telephone) to provide assistance with underperformance/behaviour/conduct issues, employee grievances, queries regarding leave and other entitlements or other employment related issues that might arise.

• Maintenance of compliant Policies, Procedures, Guides and HR Documents to ensure they are always up to date with changes to legal requirements and Modern Awards.

Our Gold support package is perfect for growing and mature businesses who wish to realise the benefits of an outsourced HR administrative function.  Our experienced team will do the heavy lifting around employment administration and compliance on your behalf, whilst supporting you to effectively monitor, review and improve workforce performance.  We will also provide you with actionable insights into your workforce that enable you to be proactive in identifying and responding to issues and opportunities.

• HR advice and coaching (up to 2 hours per month by telephone) for business owner/s and managers to support you to effectively engage and manage your workforce.
