Leveraging our HR experience across a range of industries including engineering, education, logistics, technology, hospitality and health and utilising Australia's best cloud-based HR management platform, Employment Hero, we support your business to get the foundations right with leading HR systems and processes; compliant employment contracts, policies, procedures, guides, documentation and employee feedback surveys to inform management decision-making.  We can even take care of the administration of all employee events for you too.  Once we have you setup for success, we will provide expert HR advice, coaching and support to enable you to effectively navigate the  challenges that come with engaging and managing your growing workforce and identify opportunities to maximise your workforce's contribution.  

The Workforce Foundations solution includes:


  • HR Compliance Review with an actionable report including recommendations aimed at reducing your risk by ensuring your business meets its employment obligations.

  • Review of applicable Modern Awards and recommendations around optimal employment arrangements/mix (full-time, part-time, casual employees) and rostering for your business. 

  • Assessment of pay and entitlements against the National Employment Standards and applicable Modern Award/s.


  • Creation of legally compliant employment contracts and position descriptions to ensure that everyone understand their duties, responsibilities and the expected level of performance.

  • Update/creation of compliant, commercially sound Policies, Procedures, Guides and HR documentation, tailored to your industry and business requirements, to provide further clarity around your expectations and give you the leading processes you need to successfully manage all employee lifecycle events.

  • Development of best practice onboarding and induction processes to support  new employees to hit the ground running.

  • Full Employment Hero (Standard) implementation including team communications, creation of electronic personnel files, leave management, timesheets, induction content, automation of onboarding and offboarding processes, loading of company policies and procedures, setup of electronic notifications, access to an amazing employee benefits program and payroll integration if required.

  • Online training in Employment Hero for all employees, supported by documented procedures for all aspects of using the system.

  • Payroll/Admin training to ensure the full benefits of the system are realised.

  • Manager training session and coaching to support your leadership team to effectively utilise the tools provided.
